Bellingham Repertory Dance Presents “Hindsight”

Bellingham Repertory Dance presents their production of “Hindsight” with several performances between April 10th-26th at the Firehouse Arts & Events Center in Fairhaven!
From Bellingham Repertory Dance:
Bellingham Repertory Dance (BRD) presents “Hindsight”, a concert celebrating 20 years of contemporary dance. “Hindsight” honors BRD’s vibrant history with a selection of beloved repertory works. It also looks forward, embracing the contemporary dance of today and tomorrow with the premiere of new works by returning Seattle choreographer, Marlo Martin, as well as BRD alumni. “Hindsight” is a diverse, sincere, and energetic collection of dance that speaks to the broad and beautiful range of the human experience.
Each weekend of performances will highlight a different selection of featured works (as well as the show’s core selection. In honor of BRD’s 20th season, alumni members will perform alongside current members.

Downtown Ghost Tour

Check out the NEW Downtown Bellingham Ghost Tour!
Take a supernatural journey through downtown Bellingham, beginning and ending at the historic Chuckanut Bay Distillery (in the old JC Penny building). It’s an evening of eerie tales and haunted happenings. Then, cap off your adventure by savoring a drink from the Pennyfarthing as the tour concludes in the distillery basement.
Please note, this tour is focused on ghosts, ghost stories, and ghost hunting. If you are looking for history tours, please visit our partner Bellinghistory with the Good Time Girls.
Cost: $27.50 per person (drinks cost extra)
Tour runs for 1 hour 15 min
Walking distance is just under a mile.
Please be on time. The longest the tour will delay will be 5 minutes.
Spots are limited.
Rating: Expect PG-13 themes
No pets allowed. We will be going inside and outside.
This event is 21+ only. Special all ages tours will occasionally be offered. Follow on social media or join the mailing list to learn when they happen.
The tours happen rain or shine, please be prepared for the weather conditions. Tours will be canceled for dangerous weather.

Street Law at the Library

Street Law is a free, legal advice clinic for income-eligible people to get assistance and ask questions with volunteer lawyers on Saturday, April 25th from 10:30am-2:00pm at the Bellingham Public Library.
Preregistration is required and appointments are limited to 15-20 minutes. There MAY be a few walk-in appointments available, but they are not guaranteed.

Fairhaven Ghost Tour

Paranormal expert, Charles Crooks, will be sharing stories and haunts in historic Fairhaven! These stories are based on his own experiences, as well as history that has been passed along.
Tickets are $25. This is a walking tour, so be prepared to get some steps in.
Fix-It Fair

Fix-It Fair Bellingham invites you to this month’s Fix-It Fair event on Sunday, April 26th from 12pm-3pm at it’s NEW LOCATION – Kulshan K2 on Kentucky Street in Bellingham!
If you have something that needs to be fixed…BRING IT! The volunteers will help you fix it for FREE!
Some of the items they’ll help you with include:
-Clothes Mending (patches, button fixes, pocket holes, etc.)
-Small Appliance Repair
-Knife Sharpening (please limit to 2 items per person)
-Bike Repair (brake checks and basic service)
-Jewelry Repair
-Small Appliance Repair (anything you can carry that is NOT gas-powered)
-Shoe Polishing
This is a FREE event run by volunteers. All repairs are FREE or by donation.
