Adult Tabletop RPG Club

The Skagit Central Library in Sedro-Woolley is hosting a weekly Adult Tabletop RPG Club from 6pm-8pm on Mondays!
Every Monday will be a night for Tabletop Games. They are running one-shots until the group decides on the game system that they want to be the campaign.
Mondays will be an opportunity to try the games people have always wanted to try and perhaps even ones you’ve never thought about. Come join us and expand your TTRPG repertoire.

There is a Toddler Time on certain Mondays and Thursdays during the month. One is at 9am and another at 9:45am.
Large groups or classes are welcome, but due to the center’s size, reservations should be made at least one week in advance.

Skagit Flats Marathon, Half & 5k – REGISTRATION OPEN

The 48th Annual Skagit Flats Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5k are Sunday, September 14th at Burlington Edison High School!
This event has become renowned as the flattest Boston qualifier in Washington. Enjoy a picturesque route through the Skagit Valley farmlands, finishing on the Burlington-Edison High School track.
Registration is capped at 800 participants, so make sure you register early for one of the state’s most beloved races.

Join us on a half-day guided kayak adventure from Larrabee State Park! Get an excellent introduction to sea kayaking in the San Juans only 20 minutes away from Bellingham. Includes “hands-on” instruction to acquaint new paddlers with safety procedures and equipment.
Our three-hour day has 2+ hours of on-the-water paddling and exploration. If time allows, we stretch our legs on a Nature Conservancy protected island in the bay or a beautiful beach along the way, paddle the cove and explore the intricate geology and wildlife. This is one of our favorite tours to Wildcat Cove that’s good for the whole family!
Schedule: We offer 10am and 2pm half day tours. Custom trips available upon request. All trips include a guided instruction and are great for beginners and experienced paddlers alike! All guests will be in stable fiberglass northwest made TANDEM sea kayaks. Weight limit is 250lbs per person.
