NW SilverStars invite you to CHEERFEST ’25! Saturday, November 8th from 1:30pm-4:30pm at Bellingham High School!
Come see the NW SilverStars debut their routines alongside other local cheer and dance teams that will be performing.
Doors open at 1:00pm. Showtime is 1:30pm (this could be adjusted due to football playoffs).
Tickets are $12 online, $15 at the door. Kids 4 and under are FREE!

Bellingham Roller Betties – Cowboys vs. Aliens

The Bellingham Roller Betties host a galactic showdown coming to the Lynden Skateway on Saturday, November 8th from 5pm-9pm!
It’s a double header bout! In the first bout of the evening at 5:30pm, the Bellingham All-Stars take on Marysville’s Strawberry City! Then, at 7:30pm, the hijinks begin with a fundraising bout: Cowboys vs. Aliens. These two worlds collide with high-speed hits, electrifying jams, and insterstellar action.
Plus, the merch table will be set up at the event…and a trackside beer garden for those 21 and older.

Bring your small appliances, kitchen items, tools, electrical items, kids’ toys, bicycles, etc. to a FREE repair event at Maker’s Space in Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham Sunday, November 9th from 1:00pm-3:30pm.
They fix small appliances, kitchen items, tools, electrical items, kids’ toys, bicycles – basically anything you can carry in. They try to fix everything and what they can’t fix, they’ll help you recycle.
Restricted Items That ARE NOT ACCEPTED for repair
- Anything containing gasoline or petroleum products
- Items that are leaking fluids
- Grimy, dirty, or hazardous items
- Items having noxious or excessive odors
- Anything that cannot be easily carried e.g. no major appliances, motor vehicles, etc.
- Any items from a commercial business
- Any item that is not appropriate in a public setting
Sunday Crafternoon at the Library

Kids ages 9-14 can spend an afternoon getting crafty in the Lecture Room at the Bellingham Public Library’s Central Library.
All materials for a fun crafting activity will be provided. Admission is FREE and there’s no registration. All you need to do is show up!
GangBall

GangBall is an adaptive game that involves two teams, the object is to pass the “GangBall” to your teammates and take it to your endzone to score points. Open to all abilities, all bodies welcome and sports chairs are provided!
Bellingham Parks & Rec is hosting a GangBall gathering every Monday through December 8 at the Bloedel Donovan Community Building.
Open to people 10 and older. Admission is FREE, but you must sign a liability waiver before playing.

Wild Whatcom: Wild Things

Wild Things is an educational morning at a Bellingham Park, designed for kids 0-6 years old and their adults. Wild Things takes place Fridays & Saturdays from 9:30am-11:00am.

In November, we will be looking out for seals and sea lions feasting on migrating salmon in Whatcom Creek! Late autumn is the best time of year to look for salmon and the marine mammals who eat them, and we will be thinking all about the important role salmon play in the entire northwest ecosystem. Come ready to get Seal-y and have a blast exploring a creek-side trail and get curious about all the things plants and animals are up to as they prepare for the colder months.
SCHEDULE ALERT: No outings Friday, November 28, 2025 or Saturday, November 29, 2025.
Program is FREE, but there is a suggested donation of $10 per person, $20 per family.
