“Twin Sisters Mobile Market (TSM) is a nonprofit mobile farmers market serving rural and low-income communities in Whatcom County, Washington. We operate weekly summer and fall markets in Deming, Kendall, Bellingham’s Birchwood neighborhood, and at the Nooksack Tribal Health Clinic — areas with limited access to fresh, affordable food.

By partnering with 25+ local farms and food businesses, we offer fresh produce alongside staple foods such as fresh baked bread, pasture-raised meats, Indigenous-caught salmon, honey, hot sauce, ferments, yogurt, and more. TSM increases food access through SNAP/EBT, Market Match, and Senior Vouchers, while our Local Produce Recovery Program redirects unsold food to local food banks. At the same time, we strengthen the local agricultural economy by creating reliable, low-risk sales opportunities for small producers.”
