Celebrate Intercultural Dance Day on Sunday, June 14th from 12pm-3pm at Fisherman’s Pavilion in Bellingham.
This is a FREE community celebration that is bringing people together through dance, music, food, art, and cultural exchange. There will be live performances, artists and vendors, cultural booths, food trucks, and more. Experience traditions from around the world!
Presented by ANJ Dance Project and sponsored by Mount Baker Foundation, Allied Arts Foundation, and the Port of Bellingham, this free public event invites the community to experience dance, music, art, food, and traditions from cultures around the world.

All Comers Track & Field Meet

The Bellingham Parks & Rec All Comer Track & Field Events are fun for the whole family! The season starts on Monday, June 15th and runs thru August 17th. The meets are Mondays at 6pm at Civic Field. The meets are $6 per person for one meet, but they have individual and family season passes available!

All Comers is a Bellingham tradition where generations of participants, from first-time competitors to seasoned athletes, come together to race, jump, and throw! Whether you’re sprinting the 100 meters, launching a shot put, or soaring in the high jump, there’s something for everyone.
Open to all ages and skill levels, this welcoming series is all about fun, friendly competition, and community spirit. Lace up your sneakers, bring your friends, and join us on the track! For the full event schedule, course records, and more, visit cob.org/races or email parks@cob.org.
Participants who are able to predict their time within 3 seconds win a prize. On the last Monday of each month, we will forgo the 1500 meter and offer a 5K.

Barnyard Breaks with Animals as Natural Therapy

Animals as Natural Therapy presents “Barnyard Breaks!”
Visit the farm for a 1.5 hour inclusive visit with the herd. You’ll have a chance to groom a horse or cow and have some “fuzz therapy” with bunnies, goats, and chickens. It’s a chance to have some grounded time with therapy animals.
Cost is $35 per person.
Wild Whatcom: Wild Things

Wild Things is an educational morning at a Bellingham Park, designed for kids 0-6 years old and their adults. Wild Things takes place Fridays & Saturdays from 9:30am-11:00am.

In June, we like to explore the wonders of the sea! Wear your boots to protect those tender toes and dress warmly. Our marine parks have many surprising secrets just waiting for you to discover!
We’ll bring tiny tide pools and nets, and field guides for the grown-ups. We may see crabs, jellies, sea stars, and possibly some baby herons!
Program is FREE, but there is a suggested donation of $10 per person, $20 per family.
Fairhaven Gore & Lore Tour

This tour takes you through the ghost stories, true crime tales, and spooky local lore of Bellingham’s “south side.”
The tour lasts between 1-1.5 hours with a total walking distance less than 1 mile. Parental discretion is advised for violent, gory, and potentially scary topics.
SWRFA Pancake Breakfast

The South Whatcom Fire Authority hosts their annual pancake breakfast on Saturday, June 20th from 8am-12pm.
Come hungry for a hearty breakfast of pancakes, sausage, eggs, coffee, and juice. Admission is FREE, but a donation of $7 per person is encouraged.
Proceeds benefit the Fire Fighters Assocation, providing funding for community events, quality of life improvements for firefighters, and a benevolent fund to support the community and members in times of need.
