Whatcom County to host Court Education Day

BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Whatcom County residents have a rare opportunity to explore how some local legal work is conducted.

The county is hosting a Court Education Day on Friday, August 28th from 1-5 p.m.

Members of the public will be allowed to tour the Whatcom County Courthouse, attend hearings and presentations, and speak with various judicial officers. Participants can learn more about the inner workings of different courtrooms, including Recovery and Juvenile Court, and other legal services offered by the county.

The open house is free to attend and does not require prior registration.
