MAPLE FALLS, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Filing paperwork and attending court hearings just got a lot easier for some Whatcom County residents.

The county’s Superior Court announced that they’ve installed a new remote court access station at the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center in Maple Falls.

Through the access station, residents are able to attend hearings and report to the court as needed.

People can also e-file water adjudication claim paperwork, which is due by June 1, 2027.

Court officials say that they’re hoping the remote access station will help reduce additional arrests.
