RIDGEFIELD, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – An iconic West Coast burger chain is opening its first location in Washington this week.

In-N-Out Burger says its new store in Ridgefield will open at 10:30 am this Wednesday, Aug. 20.

The restaurant will be located just a few minutes off of I-5.

Starting wage at the store will be $18.75 per hour, just over two dollars higher than the current state minimum.

In-N-Out began in California and has since expanded to eight states across the western U.S. but hasn’t settled in Washington until now.

Ridgefield is just north of Portland, a roughly four-and-a-half-hour drive from Whatcom County.
