Bells News

The Bells are facing their toughest test of the season tonight.

The defending champs are in Wenatchee for a win-or-go-home game against the AppleSox in the North Division Championship.

The two teams finished with the best records in the West Coast League over the regular season, with the AppleSox getting the slight edge for home field advantage. They split six games over their two regular season series, with the Bells piling on an absurd 19 runs over the final two games.

If the Bells win, they’ll face either Corvallis or Ridgefield in the WCL Championship Thursday night in Bellingham.

First pitch for tonight’s game is at 6:35 from Paul Thomas Field.

The Bells are hosting a watch party at Larrabee Lager starting at 6:15. You can also livestream the game on the AppleSox YouTube page.

Mariners News

The Mariners are playing their series opener against the Yankees in the Bronx.

It’s the start of a nine game road trip for the M’s that could make or break their playoff hopes. They sit four and a half games out of first place in the AL West after dropping the final four games of their homestand.

Meanwhile, the Yankees have a firm hold on a wild card spot as they sit 14 games over .500.

Bryan Woo is looking to get his first road win in nearly three months. First pitch is at 4:10 on KPUG.

Seahawks News

Seahawks fans have their latest opportunity to get an inside look at the team tonight.

Episode 2 of Hard Knocks is airing tonight. The first episode gave us inside looks at Nick Emmanwori’s injury recovery, Devon Witherspoon’s contract situation, Derick Hall’s practice scrum with Leonard Williams and much more.

Tonight’s episode will be available to stream on HBO Max at 6:00 and airs live on the HBO channel at 9.

It comes as the team placed second-year fullback Robbie Ouzts on the injured reserve today, ruling him out for the entire season.

Storm News

The Storm avoided making history in all the wrong ways last night.

They beat the Chicago Sky 97-88 to snap their 11-game losing streak. A loss would have extended the skid to their longest in franchise history.

Dominique Malonga led the way with 26 points and 10 rebounds as the Storm picked up their seventh win of the season.

They continue their homestand Friday night against the Portland Fire.
