Bellingham Police seek community help in locating missing person

BELLINGHAM, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – Bellingham Police are searching for a missing 23-year-old man.

The family of Xzavien “October” Lavalais made the missing person report to BPD on Sept. 27 after not hearing from him for more than a month. According to BPD, Lavalais also goes by the name October.

He is a 23-year-old Black male with brown hair, brown eyes and has both ears pierced. Lavalais is approximately 5’ 10” and weighs 172 lbs. BPD also states that on the inside of his right forearm, he has a tattoo depicting a Japanese cartoon inside a rectangle outline.
