SEDRO-WOOLEY, Wash. – A Sedro-Woolley woman is hurt and a man is in jail facing DUI and vehicular assault charges.

State Patrol says Seth Noble was driving in Sedro-Woolley Thursday night when he crossed into the opposite lane.

Noble overcorrected and drove off the roadway where he hit a construction fence and crossed over railroad tracks before coming to a stop.

Trisha Hastings, Noble’s passenger, was injured and taken to the hospital.

Troopers arrested Noble and believe drugs or alcohol were involved.
