MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — An elderly man who was reported missing from Skagit County on Monday has been found dead.
According to the Skagit Valley Herald, the 73-year-old man from Hamilton was reported missing after he did not return from a hunting trip.
Half an hour later, he was found dead inside his vehicle on the shoulder of Medford Road.
Deputies from the Skagit County Sheriff’s Office determined there had been no foul play and that his death was likely due to a medical issue.
