OLYMPIA, Wash. — Nearly 200 pounds of ready-to-eat pork sausage distributed in Washington, Oregon and California was recalled by Portland-based Olympia Provisions.
The recall affects products labeled as “Mortadella Classica with garlic and spices” with a best-by date of December 30, 2019.
The products contain pistachios, a known allergen, and actually should have been labeled “Mortadella Pistachio”.
Consumers are advised to throw away the mislabeled products or return them to where they were purchased.
