Body of missing Conway boy found in Skagit Bay

CONWAY, Wash. — Three weeks after he went missing, a 2-year-old Conway boy was found dead Thursday morning in Skagit Bay.

Star Austin Rodgers-White went missing November 29 as he played with an electric toy car near the Skagit River.

Search crews found the toy car in the river, but days of searching with boats, helicopters, thermal imaging drones and dozens of people were fruitless and the search was called off.

KOMO reports two duck hunters found the boy’s body near shore in Skagit Bay, west of Conway.
