WILDLIFE RELEASE: Watch this Barred Owl return to freedom!

Instead meeting a pet available for adoption this week, our KAFE Kritter is a Barred Owl ready to be released back into the wild!

After being treated for injuries at the Whatcom Humane Society’s Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, this owl is ready to fly again!

Watch as he regains his freedom, literally in KAFE’s backyard!

Thank you, WHS, for all the great work you do, and for letting us be a part of this wonderful event on the air!

KAFE Kritters is brought to you by Animal Emergency Care – open when your regular veterinary is closed, including nights, weekends, and every holiday!  4176 Meridian Street in Bellingham.
