There’s a black bear wandering around the Silver Beach, Tweed Twenty, and Toad Lake neighborhoods, helping himself to people’s birdfeeders.

We talked to Alysha Elsby from the Whatcom Humane Society Wildlife Rehabilitation Center about what to do – and not to do – if this young, black bear pays you a visit.
