We’ll admit it. When we saw this old video for a ’90s workout called “Facercise” we didn’t take it very seriously. But it turns out, this stuff might actually work.
A university study found that these “face yoga” exercises actually can build up your face muscles. And after about five months of doing them, the average woman looked almost three years younger!
It’s important not to overdo it, or it can actually cause more wrinkles. The people in the study did a bunch of different exercises for half-an-hour every day for two months and then every other day after that.
