» Keep track of what you eat. Study after study show that tracking your food leads to eating less. You just have to be honest and record everything. There are lots of apps, like MyFittnessPal, that can help. You may be surprised how all the little snacky things can add up!
» Make exercise the norm. You don’t have to schedule big work-outs. Just get active. Walk and bike where you’re going instead of driving. Park at the far end of the parking lot. And don’t use your increased activity as an excuse to go eat a ton.
