You know when you open a bag of Skittles and you organize them by flavor? You eat your least favorite first and savor the best for last? Anyone? No? Just me?

According to a neuropsychologist, even though it seems CRAZY, Skittles are all the SAME flavor.  He argues they all have a generic ‘fruit’ taste and that our brains are filling in the details.  Our brains associate the different colors with different tastes…we know yellow is supposed to taste like lemon, so we think it does.

I’ll put that to a blind taste test MONDAY morning at 7:40.  -Mandy
