A lot of people see budgets as a punishment.  Like oh no, she put us on a budget! Try to reframe your thoughts on what a budget actually means for you, your finances, and your future.  A budget isn’t something you haven’t to do because you’ve been bad…it’s something you get to do to be in a better position. Saving for retirement, not going in debt for vacation, or buying a new car.  All things you can do with the help of a budget.
