A lot of people have more time to cook now, which is awesome. Maybe you’re trying a bunch of recipes you’ve had pinned forever, or one your friend insists you try. Great! But just because you have more time to cook doesn’t mean to have you go all out. If you’re family is trying to watch your grocery budget, try sticking to the simple stuff. That way you’re not shelling out on more expensive ingredients and you’re not trying a new method that could get screwed up and having you dumping it all down the drain! Use recipes with shorter ingredient list and try to make substitutions for what you do have instead of running out and buying more.
