Here’s the whole story: Allan is the social media guru on the show. He does a wonderful job capturing all the things we do on air on a daily basis. Occasionally, he posts a video or a picture that is less than flattering. And usually, it’s all good since we try to be pretty transparent with who we are. But as I (Patrice) was scrolling on Instagram the other day, I saw a pic that Allan posted that just caught me off guard. I’m not sure if it’s the filter or the close up, but the picture is not great. I playfully scolded Allan on the bad pic in our group text and what you’re about to hear is the aftermath.

We liken the photo to a mugshot and that sounds about right. But the BEST thing about this break is the re-introduction to the video of Scotty VanDryver having the snot scared out of him.
