Here’s my (mostly) social distancing weekend–warning: these pics aren’t exactly action packed! But, I’m committed to help ‘flatten the curve’ by staying out of the public as much as possible. Get ready to see a lot of pictures of inside my home for the next couple weeks…
My girlfriend and I practiced some decent social distancing on Friday afternoon when we opted to stay IN for happy hour! So much so that we each had our own bottle of wine! Ha! Hands were washed several times, we had hand sanitizer at the ready, and we sat on opposite ends of the couch!
Saturday night I stayed in and had a hot date with THIS handsome guy…Keith Morrison! I’m a HUGE Dateline fan and I binged a bunch of old episodes that I had saved on my DVR. That man could narrate my life…as long as I wasn’t being featured on a murder-y Dateline episode! What is everyone else binging on? I might need recommendations sooner than later! mandy@kafe.com
Sunday afternoon I was going a little stir crazy after a weekend full of laundry, cleaning and organizing, so I decided to make a quick run to Betty Be Good in Birch Bay for a little shoe therapy! They put a bunch of sale shoes on their Instagram and I couldn’t stop thinking about them! I figured if I just ran in and out it would be ok. :-/ Two pairs for less than $25! Practice good social distancing by taking advantage of their FREE shipping anywhere in the US. (sale shoes don’t count!)
I burned the heck outta this “Comfort” candle ALL weekend. It’s probably more mental than anything, but it sure made me feel better since I’m flying solo at home. I might need to order a few more aromatherapy candles online…if you have a favorite, please let me know! mandy@kafe.com
