It’s time to shop for spring flowering bulbs like daffodils, crocus and tulips. Keep in mind deer love tulips too so listen for my tulip tip at the end.

Alliums are one of our favorites! You’ve seen them, those huge purple balls on a 3 or 4 foot stick in late spring.

Ours stayed purple longer than normal this year. It was awesome!!! Months of color! People commented on them even more than normal. We found out later one of our clever team extended the alliums bloom time this year by using…spray paint.

Ok here’s the tip. get some of the species tulips like Bronze Charm, Tarda, and my favorite Persian Pearl. Deer almost always pass these special tulips up for something tastier.
