I love getting a good deal, so I’m always scoping out the sale/clearance rack. Admittedly I fall into a bad trap where I focus way more on what I’m saving instead of what I’m spending. While some sales are good deals, there’s no sale that’s going to cost you less than not buying the item at all. When purchasing an item on sale, ask yourself if you would have bought the item if it were full price. Are you getting a good deal on something you need? Or just buying it because it’s on sale.
