Lots of parents end up spending Friday or Saturday nights at home because going out can be expensive.  Not only do you need to pay for the outing itself, you also need to pay the babysitter. You can cut some of that cost by creating a babysitter exchange. It’s easy! Talk to your friends who also have kids. Offer to watch their children on their night out, in exchange for the same treatment on yours. You know you can trust the adult watching your kids and it won’t cost you anything but babysitting duty on a future weekend.
