You can hear wishes granted twice each weekday on KAFE 104.1 at 7:40am and 3:50pm. Did you miss hearing some? Here are all the Christmas Wishes we’ve fulfilled so far:
Christmas Wish #1 – Victoria wants a tablet so she can see her grandkids for Christmas:
Christmas Wish #2 – Sharon is the one fighting cancer but her wish is for her husband, who’s been her rock.
Christmas Wish #3 – Beverly uses art therapy to get through her pain. But crafts can get expensive.
Christmas Wish #4 – Ashley would like her childcare provider, Michelle, to know how much she’s appreciated.
Christmas Wish #5 – Marissa is a self-described broke college student. But it’s her younger siblings’ Christmas she’s worried about.
Christmas Wish #6 – David would like to take his family on a special day out
Christmas Wish #7 – Michelle’s son wants to be in the NBA. He has serious ball-handling skills but no hoop or shoes.
Christmas Wish #8 – Robin’s 14-year-old son has had some big challenges in life. But that didn’t stop him from starting his own lawn business. But then his lawnmower broke down.
Christmas Wish #9 – Nichole is a single mom working two jobs while going to school. And Christmas for her kids seems out of reach.
Christmas Wish #10 – Brenda’s family was hit hard by the flooding in Whatcom County…all THREE times. She’s hoping for some fresh bedding and Christmas cheer.
Christmas Wish #11 – Six different people submitted wishes for Shelby, who had her Christmas money stolen by a real-life Grinch.
Christmas Wish #12 – Marilyn wants a special Christmas tree
Christmas Wish #13 – Laurie’s sister had an aneurysm and she can’t go home until her house is wheelchair accessible. Thanks to Project Landworks for stepping up big time for this one!
Christmas Wish #14 – Nichelle’s husband, like a lot of people, was laid off because of Covid. Their only heat source is wood heat and they’re running out.
Christmas Wish #15 – Betti wants propane for her dad, who’s an 87 year old veteran.
Christmas Wish #16 – Mary lost everything in the Sumas floods and is trying to put her life back together.
Christmas Wish #17 – Lorna’s wish for propane
Christmas Wish #18 – Breah’s son and daughter-in-law had some emergency additions to their family. She’s wishing for a little help giving them a great first Christmas!
Christmas Wish #19 – Maria has been working nonstop since the pandemic started as a caregiver for the elderly. With all the stress that comes along with that (and the stress of cooking, cleaning, and taking care of her family), she’s mentally drained and would like some help getting it all done.
Christmas Wish #20 – Kimberly has had some major medical issues recently and would like to have one more memorable Christmas with her kids.
