Hi! It’s Jenny from My Garden Nursery!
Spring is officially here, so now’s the time to get your garden ready for a beautiful season ahead!
If deer have been a challenge in your yard, don’t miss the Deer Resistant Design Seminar with author and garden designer, Karen Chapman, THIS SATURDAY! She shares practical ways to create gardens that are colorful and welcoming to you, but far less tempting to deer. You can use smart plant choices and thoughtful design.
Right now is PRIME planting time for berries, fruit trees, hearty perennials, trees, shrubs, and cool-season veggies…while soils are moist and temperatures are mild. Lettuce, spinach, peas, and kale LOVE our cool spring weather. Plant them now for an early harvest.
Slugs love young seedlings. Copper tape or Sluggo can save your crop.
Come visit the friendly experts at My Garden Nursery for more early spring tips, a lunch in the Purple Flamingo Food Truck, and to see what’s new for your garden!
The Colorful, Fun, and Informative Garden Center with the Purple Flamingo Food Truck in the parking lot … on E. Bakerview Rd. in Bellingham!
