If you have graduating seniors in the family, you may want to share this story in case they’re planning any shenanigans that could get them in big trouble.
An 18 year old graduate in Florida is getting a tough lesson about what it means to be an adult. He’s facing felony assault charges after pulling a prank he probably thought was fun and harmless.
Zavier Valencia went back on stage after getting his diploma, and hit his principal in the face with a pie. Hahahahaha! Classic, right?
Well, it turns out not everyone thought it was funny. He was arrested for assault and battery, even though the principal wasn’t hurt and even got his arms up, so he just got some whipped cream on his arms and chest.
Zavier thought it was just a silly senior prank but now he’s facing a third-degree felony charge for battery.
He spent the night in jail. Today he’s out on bail waiting to see what happens next.
Welcome to being a grown-up, Zavier!
