To celebrate its National Pancake Day charity initiative, IHOP invites you to join them for a free short stack (dine-in only) at participating restaurants from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. It’s all part of their annual “pancakes with a purpose” event aimed at raising money for children’s hospitals and health organizations nationwide. For every short stack served, IHOP will donate to charities including Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Shriner’s Hospitals for Children. Since it began in 2006, IHOP and hungry pancake fans have raised nearly $30 million for charities, the company said. Its goal for 2018 is $5 million.
