Whatcom County families can now benefit from a new United Way of Whatcom County program that encourages a love of reading in children! Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is now available to children ages birth to 5 in Whatcom!

The Imagination Library is Dolly Parton’s book gifting program she started in the 90s. Well over 160 million free books have been sent to kids in the United States, Canada, the U-K, Australia, and Ireland. The Imagination Library mails more than 1.8 million high-quality, age-appropriate books each month to registered children.
