Here’s my weekend in 5 pics…
I went to my mom’s house Saturday to help her spool some yarn. I took some pics of us doing the yarn-spooling but they were really boring compared to this pic of a hat my mom made! She makes them and then donates them for people who need warm hats. She’s gearing up to make knitted nests for the WHS Wildlife Center this Spring. My mom’s cool.

The never-ending basement remodel goes where I have never gone before: Texturing! I did it the easy way: From a can. My fingers are crossed that I’m going to like the final results. As of this writing, it still needs some touch-up. Better to go light and then go back.
We wanted to catch up on some Oscar movies before the awards show. So we saw Joker and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood On Demand on Xfinity. Then we saw 1917 in the theater. We loved all three of them!
Sunday night was my night to cook, and spaghetti seemed like a good meal for Oscar watchin’. This is simple. It’s also pretty much the extent of my skillz.
This is how we watched the Oscars. Sebastian wasn’t interested, so he’s in his room doing things far more interesting. The rest of the family is ready for a show. As always, if you see my wife, please mention that our TV is way too small. Thanks.
