If one brand has their soup on sale for 3 for $5, that sounds like a great deal, but the other soup that doesn’t have all the flashy sale signs that’s selling for $1.50 each is still cheaper.
Most grocery stores offer a unit price listing on the tag, so that you can compare, but some do not. Take a quick second to do the mental calculations or whip out the calculator on your smart phone to figure out what product gives you the biggest bang for your buck.
