There are lots of opportunities to learn new things that are being made available for free right now! Check out these examples:

Learn to play an instrument –  Fender is offering free classes for the next three months. Learn to play guitar, ukulele, and bass.  The first million people who sign up at Fender.com/PlayThrough get it free.

Learn Spanish, French, Italian or any of a bunch of languages.  If you’re a student or have kids, Rosetta Stone is offering three months of free online classes.

Learn to cook – Both the BBC and “The New York Times“ have free recipes and how-to videos.  TheKitchn.com is another great source.

Learn to write computer code.  Wanna really learn something new? You’ll  start by learning the basics at FreeCodeCamp.org.

Take an Ivy League course.  ClassCentral.com offers 450 free online classes you can take to learn… well… almost anything!
