Sam Waldron was diagnosed with autism when he was seven years old. He’s an adult now… but he’s never been comfortable with big social settings.
His big brother, Jonah, has helped him with that his whole life. He coaches Sam through those difficult situations. In fact, Jonah even trained as a Special Education Teacher to improve his skills and help him understand autism better.
Jonah just got married. And he asked Sam to be his best man. Which meant Sam would have to give a speech at the reception.
Not the most comfortable thing… but Sam stepped up. In a big way.
This video is on multiple platforms and has more than 6 million views. Sam says he’s glad people are watching because he feels like he was speaking out to others with autism and that he was speaking for the autism community.
So, our congrats to Jonah and Madison on their wedding. And to Sam for slaying the speech!
