This event is “Invisible Tire Tracks: Understanding Tire Wear Particles & 6PPD-q.” Here’s a synopsis from their website:
Every time we drive, our tires wear down, releasing particles and a toxic chemical byproduct known as 6PPD-q into our environment. What does this mean for our local ecosystems and waterways?
