Whatcom READS celebrates Salvadoran cuisine at this special event at the Bellingham Technical College’s School of Culinary Arts on Saturday, February 21st from 2:00pm-3:00pm.
Culinary Arts Chef Instructor, Nicole Carter, will be demonstrating and preparing traditional Salvadoran dishes…with plenty of tastes to go around.
The event will be at BTC, Building G, Room 105. Space is limited for this FREE event, so you’re asked to preregister.
