United We Dance is hosting a LIVE and Silent Auction on Saturday, February 28th during The Dance Studio’s Winter Showcase.

Bid on items that will help fund a United We Dance group of 9 area high school dancers that are traveling to Japan to perform and learn this summer.

From United We Dance:
In July 2026, a selected group of high-school dancers from Bellingham will travel to Tateyama, Japan – our sister city, as part of this cultural and educational exchange. Through workshops, performances, and collaboration with local cultural groups, these young dancers will both share their art and learn from Japanese traditions of movement and community.

The exchange is designed not only to showcase dance but also to deepen ties of friendship, mutual respect, and global citizenship between communities.
