Join in the fun on the spookiest night of the year!  Become a zombie and dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller!”  This community event is all-ages at the Kulshan Trackside Beer Garden in the Portal Container Village on the Bellingham waterfront.  There will also be special guests to entertain the crowd.
