Find yourself immersed in the healing vibrations of singing bowls and gongs at the Starry Night Sound Bath™.  Friday, March 21st from 7pm-8pm at the Hillcrest Park Recreation Building in Mount Vernon.

While a starry ambiance is projected around you, this full body listening experience will give you a chance to feel the sound waves as they flow throughout the room and guide your mind into a deep state of rest and relaxation.  This is a great time to relax, unwind, and enjoy this powerful experience.
