Find yourself immersed in the healing vibrations of singing bowls and gongs at the Restorative Sound Bath on Friday, May 8th from 7pm-8pm at the Hillcrest Park Recreation Building in Mount Vernon.

This full body listening experience will give you a chance to feel the sound waves as they flow throughout the room and guide your mind into a deep state of rest and relaxation.  This is a great time to relax, unwind, and enjoy this powerful experience.

Cost is $30.
