Mystic Heart presents at Restorative Sound Bath at RYZE Fitness on Friday, January 23rd from 6:00pm-7:00pm.

This restorative and relaxing soundscape will give you a chance to soothe your mind and soul, relax, rejuvenate, and renew.

Please bring your own yoga mat and PLENTY of floor padding to be comfortable while reclined. Bring a cozy blanket & small pillow for your head and maximum comfort; wear something comfortable to snuggle up and relax fully.
