The Port of Bellingham is hosting their annual Marine Trades Job Fair on Thursday, May 4th from 10am-1pm at Fisherman’s Pavilion in Bellingham!

The job fair will give students and community members an opportunity to network with waterfront employers that are actively recruiting for positions.  You can also learn more about training or internships, and learn to try-a-trade in the marine industry.

Admission is FREE.  Students that sign up in advance will receive a free lunch, thanks to Trident Seafoods.

Particpants will include the Alaska Marine Highway System, San Juan Sailing, LFS Marine & Outdoor, Phoenix Processor LP, Turn Point Marine, Trident Searoods,  Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, Tri-County Diesel Marine, Birdon, All American Marine, Alaskan Leader Fisheries, People AK, Seafarers International Union, Schooner Zodiac, Westwind Marine, the Working Waterfront Coalition of Whatcom County, Seaview Boatyard, Mantle Industries LLC, Northline Seafoods, and Employment Security / Worksource.
