NSEA provides everything you need to participate, but here are some other things to keep in mind:

  • Any necessary tools, instructions, and gardening gloves are provided (XS-XL sizes available).
  • Most sites are wet even if it is not raining so bringing water-resistant/proof layers will keep you more comfortable.
  • Closed-toed shoes are required, and we recommend ones that can get dirty (because they will!)
  • A portable toilet will be available at sites that do not have public restrooms.
  • If the event requires a shuttle, it will run throughout the event for anyone that shows up later or needs to leave early.
  • We strive to provide coffee, water, and light snacks at each event, but if you have additional dietary needs, please bring those.
  • A reusable coffee cup and water bottle are highly recommended to keep these events as waste free as possible!
