The Blaine Library is hosting their spring exhibition of local artists featuring the works of Kay Dee Powell and Motoko Lewis! Exhibits are on display through the end of June at the Blaine Library during regular business hours.
Kay Dee Powell is one of the co-creators of the Blaine Arts Council and has served as a president in the past. She LOVES to promote art and artists in the community. Her paintings have been inspired by her love of color and nature’s abundance.
Motoko Lewis feels her true language is drawing and has found a passion to draw from live sources whenever she can. It’s her belief that emotion reveals itself in the lines and smudges of her drawings.
