Learn to capture the beauty of Skagit Valley in watercolor!  Saturday, November 15th from 1pm-3pm at Hillcrest Park in Mount Vernon!

The instructor will guide you through beginning techniques of wash, sponge, and rolled and loaded brush with luminous watercolor paint.  You’ll be able to take home a stunning landscape that you created!

All materials provided.  Bring a picture you took of your favorite local scene.
