CONTEST RULES

From April 18, 2022 through April 22, 2022, at random times between 5:30am-10:00am, KAFE 104.1 staff will give a verbal cue to call.  After the cue is broadcast, caller ten to reach the studio at 360-676-5233 will win two tickets to see Jack Johnson on September 24, 2022, at The Gorge Amphitheatre, 754 Silica Rd in George, WA.  Tickets are valued at $51.50 per ticket, $103.00 total prize value as stated at Ticketmaster.com.

Winners will need to follow all COVID vaccine guidelines and protocols put in place by The Gorge Amphitheatre, Jack Johnson, Live Nation, concert organizers, local, city, and state officials.  Prizes are non-transferrable and not redeemable cash.  Prize winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes.

Once caller ten reaches the studio and they have given their information to KAFE staff, the contest is over.  If, for any reason, caller ten is deemed to be ineligible or gets disconnected before we can get their information, they will be disqualified and we will move onto caller eleven, twelve, etc. until we have a winner.

Prizes are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.  Prize winners are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes.

KAFE contests are open to all eligible Washington state residents, age 18 or older, that have not won anything on KAFE in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of KAFE, Saga Broadcasting, LLC dba Cascade Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the KAFE main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

We will make reasonable efforts to award prizes prior to September 24, 2022.  Each winner will need to provide their name and email.  Live Nation will upload the tickets to the KAFE 104.1 account, which will then be transferred to each winner.  Winners will need an email and a device in which they can show their tickets at the show (i.e. – a cell phone).
