A PNW New Year’s Day tradition tries to tackle new heights!  KAFE 104.1 and the Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce invite you to help set a NEW Guiness World Record for the LARGEST Polar Bear Dip in the world!!!

Register now to be counted among the thousands that will try to break the record of 2,461 partipants 3,134 participants on January 1st, 2026, on the Birch Bay shoreline.
A group in Norway just set a NEW record…which means we need a few extra plungers!

The fun starts at 8am with games, activities, and music.  At 12pm, take to the waters of Birch Bay, where everyone needs to be waist-deep for 60 seconds for the record attempt to count.  Afterwards, dry off and celebrate with music and refreshments during a party throughout Birch Bay!
