The Blaine Arts Council presents the Blaine Arts Festival on July 27th & 28th at Marine Park in Blaine (behind the whales)!

This FREE event celebrates a variety of different genres of artists displaying and selling their creations.  You’ll also find music, a beer garden, and plenty of food vendors.  Plus, the festival features two artist open studios and six artists showing at the Blaine Art Gallery!
