April Foods Day 2023


Cascade Radio Group is back with our third April Food’s Day Event!

This year, we’ve identified local food banks of Whatcom and Skagit counties as the recipients and we’ve declared Friday, March 31st as April Foods Day! Our local food banks are helping thousands of households every week and we hope you’ll join us to help fill their shelves on April Foods Day!

Life has been returning to normal for most of us, but many of our neighbors are still struggling to get enough to eat for their families. Emergency federal funding in place during COVID expired earlier this month, resulting in a loss of $93 million per month in federal food assistance to Washington households living at or below the federal poverty line.

Whatever you can afford will make a huge difference for those in need in our community!
